Yes, we do ship
internationally with USPS Priority Int'L or Express Mail Int’L. Once
you have added the item(s) in the shopping cart, go to the cart content
page, select the country of destination, enter your zip code (if
apply), and click recalculate. Our website will automatically calculate
the freight for you. If an error message occurs for the shipping rate,
please email info@marsgear.com
with what you want to order, quantity and destination, and we will
manually calculate the freight and reply with further instructions.
Do you ship to APO/FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to
APO/FPO with USPS Priority Mail. APO/FPO are still considered as
domestic mail, so please make sure you select United States as the country of destination for domestic freight. When entering your shipping info, please follow these instructions:
City: APO or FPO
State/Province: please select “Armed Forces xxx” (we will see this as AE)
Zip code: Enter the correct zip code for your APO/FPO address.
Country: Make sure you select United States
If you are unsure about the info, you can enter it again in the notes section of the order.
Why is my order still pending?
Our shopping cart
uses real-time CC processing, when order is placed with credit card "pending" means payment has been received and order will be process
and shipped.
If payment method
select is Paypal or money order, pending means order has been
submitted, and is awaiting payment. You will get an update email once
payment is received.
Please allow 1 ~ 3
business days for order processing. Expedited orders placed before
12:00PM PST will be rushed out the same day.
