Marsgear is horrible at customer service I placed an order 5 months ago received 2 of the 3 items I ordered. The web site said my third item the "Roll-UpCleaning Mat" was processing....and it has been processing for 5 months. Made numerous attempts to contact the company with not one response, they had no problem processing my payment for the item though.
