All our shippings are by United Parcel Services (UPS) or by United
States Postal Service.Most orders ship within 24 to 72 hours.
Returns or Exchange
Upon receiving your order, please
inspect your entire order to make sure you have received exactly what
you ordered. If we have made an error regarding your order, please
notify us within three business days, and we will correct the any error.
If you are not satisfied with what you order, you may return you
order with in 14 days of invoice and receive a refund, credit or
replacement. Shipping and handling are absolutely non-refundable

Conditions of Sale. (Exceptions to this policy are listed below)
A Return Merchant Authorization # most be obtain for any returns.
Returned packages with no RMA# will be refused or discarded. Please
email us at info@marsgear.com for RMA# and instruction.
Products and packaging must be in the original condition as when we shipped them. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition. You will incur shipping and handling charges for non-defective items you return and for the replacement items you order.
