Please inspect your entire order to make sure you have received exactly what you ordered and no damage has occurred to the product while it was in transit.
If you receive an item we shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged, please notify us within 5 days and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an email to email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Please indicate your order number in the subject line & the item you wish to return in the email.
- Items for sale in the SPECIAL DEALS section are final and CANNOT be returned or refunded. Please shop responsibly.
- Shipping cost from and to Mars Gear are non-refundable. Mars Gear does not cover return shipping, COD or 3rd party billing.
- We recommend using a trackable service for return shipping. Tracking lets you know the item is on its way, and Mars Gear can assist in tracing the package in case it is lost in transit.
- RMA number must be obtained for any returns. Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
- Product being returned must be in the original condition including all tags, stickers, UPC codes etc. intact as when we shipped them. No less than 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if item was not returned in its original condition or if returned past the 30-day time frame. Product that show sign of excessive use, soiled, washed, with odor will NOT be refunded and will be discarded or returned to you at your request for a fee.
Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s) with a RMA number, and place a new order. We will ship your new order promptly, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
