Please inspect your entire order to make sure you have received exactly what you ordered & the item(s) was not damaged during transit. If we have made an error regarding your order or you have received item(s) damaged, please notify us within 5 days & we will do whatever we can to correct the error.
If you are not satisfied with what you ordered, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an email to email@example.com within 14 days of product arrival. Please indicate your order number in the subject line & the item you wish to return in the email.
- Items for sale in the SPECIAL DEALS section are final and CANNOT be returned.
- Shipping cost from and to Mars Gear are non-refundable and must be PREPAID. We do not accept COD or 3rd party billing.
- We recommend using a tracked service for return shipping. Tracking lets you know the item is on its way, and Mars Gear can assist in tracing the package in case it is lost in transit.
- RMA number must be obtained for any returns. Returned packages with no RMA number will be discarded or returned to sender.
- Product must be in the original condition including all tags, stickers, UPC codes etc. intact as when we shipped them. You will be charged 30% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition or if returned past the 30-day time frame. Item(s) that are used/soiled, washed, with odor will NOT be refunded and will be discarded.
Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s) with a RMA number, and place a new order. We will ship your new order promptly, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
