**FREE shipping does not apply to Special Deals & Clearance Items. 

Free Shipping promotion is only valid on the shipping address to conterminous 48 states in combination with retail orders totaling $49.95 or more after all discounts, promotions, or other special offers are applied.

Orders below $49.95 will be eligible for $4.50 flat rate shipping to conterminous 48 states.

*AK, HI, Puerto Rico, off-shore U.S. Islands, etc. do not qualify for free shipping promotion

For orders that selected "Free Shipping", Mars Gear will select USPS or UPS shipping at our discretion. Orders placed before 11 AM PST will be processed the same day unless extenuating circumstances prevent us from doing so. In the case of a delay, the order will be processed on the next soonest business day. Should there be a long-term delay, customers will be notified.

"Free Shipping" orders will typically arrive within 3 to 6 Business Days to conterminous 48 states; however it is ultimately at the discretion of the shipping carrier. Please note that there may be instances where a USPS or UPS shipping delay occurs, and subsequently delay the arrival of your order which is out of our control. For this reason, please select an expedited shipping method of your choice for time-sensitive order to ensure it arrives on time.

Please note that UPS and USPS do not count the day the order is picked up as a day in transit. It may also take up to a full business day for USPS or UPS to update their tracking system on orders.
